91 Greystone 2011 Pinot Noir

Jefferson Davis

An inviting and complex pinot noir that is drinking nicely now but will work well for another 4-5 years. Appealing cherry, cola, herbal tea, and floral lift. Impressive red fruit focus with some raspberry tea notes and vibrant acidity. Good weight and a touch of firmness to the structure hints at medium term ageing potential. Well balanced overall with impressive length. ON $35.00 Hobbs and Co. Wine Merchants 416 694 3689
