Jefferson Davis is a Toronto-based wine writer and educator. He holds a Diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in the United Kingdom. Jefferson has worked as the managing editor of Wine Access Magazine and as the editor of the First In Line tasting report of LCBO releases. He has also served as a judge for the Canadian Wine Awards, International Value Wine Awards and Toronto Wine and Cheese Show, and as an educator with the WSET.
This is a flavourful and well balanced wine for the money. Very fresh nose of gooseberry, herbs, tea, and mineral complexity. An abundance of citrus fruit on the palate with lively acidity and a hint of elegance. Great on its own or with grilled chicken breast and salads. $17.95 ON Vintages September 27 release.
